Great flour. Produces wonderful breads, waffles and cookies. People who eat wheat, don't know its gluten free.

I really like Mama's Almond Blend. It's great for crackers, breads, almost anything. My mother is able to purchase it retail, although it is $3 more per bag. There isn't a location near me to has it, so I feel lucky I can get it through Amazon.

This flour is very good. Everything I have used it for has turned out great. You don't have to have several blends on hand just this one. Works well for Snickerdoodles.

I'm so excited to see this on Amazon now!! I have been buying this flour from a store that is 1 & 1/2 hours from our home because it is a terrific GF/CF/SF flour blend! Gluten Free Mama also makes a Coconut Flour Blend for use in dessert baking. GFM suggests substituting her flour blend cup for cup for any NON GF recipe and it seems to work well...sometimes takes a little tweaking with the right amount of Xanthan Gum, etc, but it certainly opens up a whole new world of GF baking/cooking! We bought GFM's cookbook, too and it is the perfect accessory to her flour.
