| Customer Reviews: Yummy August 24, 2010 Donna R. Rasmussen Very low carb and tasty. I really like these with Swiss cheese. They do cause some soreness in the mouth if I over indulge.
Crisp without Carbs May 11, 2010 LeeAnn Day (San Francisco Bay Area) I enjoy these little crackers. My favorite is topping them with light cream cheese, salmon and capers. The fiber is great. May take a little getting used to for some but I think the value of the fiber makes it worth it. Just be sure to follow with a full glass of liquid.
Good for what it is. April 22, 2010 Joshua Smith (Portland) This being my first bread-type product after 4 months of strict Atkins, I may be biased. But the taste of this is not overpoweringly rye as I had feared. Its not bad.
The texture is interesting. A cross between a cracker, bread, and homemade paper. Not horrible or unpleasant, but different.
Anyhow, put some low carb jam on it. Or some cheese. Or a wee bit of peanut butter. And its not bad. Not at all
I may buy again, though the price for a small package is a bit prohibitive to me.
crackers March 30, 2010 Maria Christina (SCRANTON, PA United States) I used these crackers along with the F Factor diet book. This is what they recommend. They are dry and crunchy, but don't have much taste. Always have something such as peanut butter or tuna salad with them and they are pretty good. I think they definitely do help in the weight loss. My friend, whois not dieting, loves them!
Lots of fiber in a little cracker! March 24, 2010 Mary L. Hyland (Philly, PA) For only 12 calories per cracker, at 5 fiber grams each, these are the best bang for your buck. Crumble in soup or top with healthy alternative, these are a filling and easy way to get your allotment of fiber each day.
