Well worth the money August 31, 2010

I just got my order today. It arrived on time and was packaged nicely. For the price I payed, this tea is a great deal. I'm not 100 percent sure what way I like the tea prepared. I made three cups already and each one tasted a bit different from the last, depending on how long I left the tea pyramid in the cup. The only thing is that I may have purchased 3 orders instead of 2 orders if I knew that it would expire in February of 2012.

I have been purchasing this brand of tea for about 15 years, after visiting London. When I found it at Amazon I was so happy! I normally pay $7.00 for 80 bags at the grocery store. However, I get 480 bags (2 pack of 240 bags) for just under $25.00. I secured this low price by putting it on auto ship every six months! This is the most robust tea you will find. It is great hot, and it is superb as iced tea. Take a chance with this one, it is so much better than Lipton!

I have long been in search of the "perfect" cuppa and have just hit the jackpot!! PG Tips is terrific. It holds up beautifully to milk and sugar, but is equally delightful black or iced. I usually give my teas a quick rinse to release some of the caffeine (per Alton Brown's recommendation), then steep about a minute and a half. Mmm. Delicious!

I have purchased this tea before and find it far superior to other brands I've tried. I try to bring some back when I visit England and can purchase it in a local store but at a much higher price than Amazon. The prices offered can't be beat. It makes a very good full bodied cup of tea which goes well with milk and sugar.

This tea is as good as it gets. My mother used to buy it for me at an US air base. I can't find it in any local super market. I ordered the big boxes through amazon. I don't drink coffee and this tea is delicious and strong. If I try another tea, lipton Twinnings etc. I find it to be very weak. Nothing happens in the morning till my first cup. Its highly recommended. You can't beat amzon for ordering either. Never a problem so far.
