 Can't beat an Ole Time Favorite! April 24, 2010

My husband had found some Boo Berry cereal during Halloween and was so excited to find it, but unfortunately we have teenagers so he never got to eat any of it. The kids loved it!!! I found it online and I purchased this cereal as a Christmas Gift for my husband. Boy, you can't imagine how the surprise and excitement he had on Christmas morning, it was almost as good as getting a "red ryder BB gun"! Anyway the cereal was perfect and I plan to buy more.

I never even received the product. I ordered 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas, and it was due to be received within a few days. Not only did I NEVER receive it. I was never even contacted.
My credit card was charded, I waited, and nothing. Finally, 2 days before Christmas, I contacted the vender, they sent me some sort of form letter, and said they would credit my account. Which they did, however, I felt it was handeled very unprofesionally. No apology, nothing.
If there was a problem, it would have been nice for them to let me know, so I could persue other options prior to the Holiday.

Thank you so much for selling these monster cereals! I am 40, and loved them as a kid, and wanted my 8 year old to try them. He of course also loved them,(who wouldn't). I don't know why they aren't selling them in the stores anymore. I am sure they would sell. I will be ordering more soon, because we are almost out! The price was very fair too! Thanks again!

I remember as a kid sitting in front of the television, watching Saturday morning cartoons and eating these Monster Cereals. Today, it brings back good memories and tastes just like it did back then! Good stuff.
